August 2022 - Present

  • QA Lead for several clients: test strategy, CI/CD standards and mentoring of QA engineers.
  • Moved end-to-end tests to Kubernetes with Testkube: scalable parallel execution and more reliable CI.
  • Restored CI/CD reliability on GitHub Actions: fixed a Node.js toolchain regression that was blocking pipelines for hours.
  • Web and API automation (Playwright, Nx, TypeScript) for an AI-powered contracts product, with SSO/SCIM coverage (Entra ID).
  • Mobile and performance automation for banking and e-commerce: dockerized Android emulators and login performance.
  • AI agents (Claude Code, hooks, MCP servers) launched and supervised from my phone with Moshi over Tailscale and mosh.

  • Building smart home systems with IoT devices, integrating sensors, relays, and microcontrollers (ESP32, Arduino) to automate lighting, climate, and security.
